Terms of Service.
Last updated 25 September 2026
The short version: free components are free. Pro renews until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account. Yearly and Lifetime come with a 14-day refund. Use the components in anything you build, for yourself or clients, but don't resell the components themselves, and don't share Pro access.
01About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of viberdy.dev (“we”, “us”):
BL/.NK StudioTODO: full legal name, sole trader
TODO: street, postcode, city, Czech Republic
Company ID (IČO): TODO: IČO
Registered in the Czech Trade Register (zapsán v živnostenském rejstříku)
Email: hello@viberdy.dev
Phone: TODO: phone number
By using the site, creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them. If you use viberdy.dev for a company, you accept them on its behalf. Where a rule applies only to consumers (people buying outside their trade or profession), we say so. Nothing here takes away rights that consumer law gives you.
02What viberdy.dev provides
viberdy.dev is a curated library of React and Tailwind components, sections, animations and site templates, each with a live preview, its source code and an AI prompt. Entries can be copied from the site or installed with a command-line tool.
- Free: free entries, their source and prompts, with no account needed.
- Pro (monthly or yearly): the source and prompts of every Pro entry, and a personal CLI key, while the subscription is active.
- Lifetime: everything in Pro, for one payment, for as long as viberdy.dev operates.
- Team: Pro for each seat, invited by email. Seats are for named individuals and can't be shared.
Live previews are shown to everyone, so the compiled preview code reaches every visitor's browser. What a paid plan unlocks is the readable source, the AI prompt and the CLI install.
03Your account
- Give us an email address you control, and keep access to it: it is how you sign in.
- An account is for one person. Don't share your account or your CLI keys.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a plan.
04Using the components
The components are licensed under the terms on our License page (MIT with a Commons Clause). In short, you can use them in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work and products you sell, and change them however you like. You can't resell or redistribute the components themselves as a component library, UI kit or template pack.
Pro code you copied while subscribed is yours to keep and ship, even after you cancel. What ends with the plan is access to Pro source on the site, new drops, and the CLI key.
05How the contract is made
You choose a plan and review it on the checkout page, including the total price with any tax. You can correct anything you entered until you press the pay button. The contract is concluded when your payment succeeds, in English only. We keep a record of your order and email you a confirmation with these terms attached. Earlier versions of the terms are available on request.
06Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Where tax applies, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and aren't charged again.
- If we change a subscription's price, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Launch prices: a launch price you buy during a launch offer stays on your subscription for as long as it continues on the same plan, and we won't raise it. Switching to another plan moves you to that plan's regular price.
- Team plans cost $7 per seat per month, with a minimum of 3 seats. Adding seats is charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and so does Pro access.
07Your right of withdrawal, and refunds
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, the law normally lets you withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that you start using straight away, that right ends once access begins, provided you agreed to this. So at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access to start immediately and that you understand you then lose the right of withdrawal.
On top of that, we offer our own refunds:
- Pro Yearly and Lifetime: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying.
- Pro Monthly and Team: cancel anytime so you aren't charged again. We don't refund the current period.
To ask for a refund, email hello@viberdy.dev from your account address. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 days. A refunded plan ends its Pro access.
None of this limits your statutory rights if something we supply is faulty or not as described (see the next section).
08If something is faulty
If you're a consumer, you have legal rights if what we supply is faulty or not as described. You can report a fault at any time while your plan runs: email hello@viberdy.dev saying what's wrong and what you'd like (a fix, a price reduction, or ending the contract). We'll confirm the date and content of your complaint, resolve it within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days, and confirm the outcome (or our reasons for rejecting it) in writing. If we can't fix it, you can have a proportionate price reduction or, unless the fault is minor, end the contract and get back the price for the period affected. Refunds are paid within 14 days.
09Acceptable use
Please don't:
- share, sell or publish Pro source, or give others access through your account or CLI key;
- scrape or bulk-download the library, or collect it into a competing catalogue;
- try to get around access controls, overload the service, or probe it for weaknesses without our permission;
- use viberdy.dev for anything illegal.
If you find a security issue, please tell us at hello@viberdy.dev. We're grateful for responsible reports.
10Ownership
We own viberdy.dev, the library, its design and the text on the site. Apart from the licence to use the components described above, these terms don't transfer any rights to you. You own your own projects.
11Changes to the service
We add, improve and occasionally retire entries: for security, for compatibility with React, Tailwind or browsers, for legal reasons, or to improve the library. Changes never cost you extra. We aim to keep viberdy.dev available at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance.
If a change makes your access or use of the service more than minorly worse, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can then end your plan free of charge within 30 days of the notice or the change, whichever is later, and we'll refund the unused part of anything you paid in advance, including the current month of a monthly plan.
If we ever close viberdy.dev, we'll give at least 90 days' notice by email, and refund the unused part of any subscription paid in advance.
12Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page (Delete account). That cancels any subscription immediately. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by sharing Pro source. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you the chance to put it right. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of anything paid in advance.
13Our responsibility
Components are building blocks for developers. Review and test them in your own project before you ship it: we're not responsible for how they behave in code we haven't seen.
If you're a business customer, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
If you're a consumer, we're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our lack of reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. This doesn't affect your rights if a component we supply is itself faulty.
14Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim in your local courts. If you're a business customer, the Czech courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at hello@viberdy.dev. We'll do our best to sort it out. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution: for us, that body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.gov.cz). The same authority supervises our compliance with consumer law, and you can complain to it.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the law changes, when the service changes, or for security reasons. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects you, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can end your plan before then, and we'll refund the unused part of anything paid in advance. How we handle personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy.
